Your wheels and photos
We store your question, answers, selected result, theme and optional photo so your friend link keeps working. Anyone with that link can view the wheel. Link previews in messaging services may show the question and photo, and recipients can save or share what they see.
Photos are resized and re-encoded as JPEG images. Embedded location and camera metadata is removed. Photos are stored in a private bucket and served only through their associated wheel. Personal wheels and their images are marked not to be indexed by search engines and are not listed in our sitemap. These instructions do not prevent recipients or third-party preview services from keeping copies.
Your private edit link
Your edit link contains a random secret. Our database stores its hash rather than the secret itself. Anyone who has the edit link can change or delete that wheel. Recent edit links and questions are saved in this browser’s local storage for convenience; they are not sent to analytics.
Deleting a wheel clears its question, answers and photo reference immediately. The image is deleted from storage, with a durable retry if the storage service is temporarily unavailable. A minimal tombstone remains so the link can show that it was deleted. Deletion cannot remove copies previously saved by other people or infrastructure backups.
Minimal measurement
We count events such as wheels created, links shared and spins completed in daily aggregate totals. These totals contain no question text, photo, edit token, full page URL or visitor identifier. Optional browser event measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Essential server-side operation counts remain enabled.
To limit automated abuse, request limits use a one-way keyed digest derived from a network address and a short time window. Raw network addresses are not stored in our application database. Expired limit entries are removed during subsequent requests. Infrastructure providers may process network and request logs as part of operating the service.

Hosting, reports and control
The application is hosted on Vercel. Its database and photo storage use a separate Supabase project in the EU. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are added by this application. We do not sell your questions or photos.
Use your private edit link to change a wheel, remove its photo or delete it. If someone else has used your photo or posted inappropriate content, use “Report this wheel” below that wheel. Reports include the wheel identifier, category, optional message and time; please avoid including sensitive information.
Save edit links somewhere private if you want to manage wheels from another browser. Clearing this browser’s local storage removes the saved links from this device, but does not delete the wheels.
